The Booking Process & What To Expect
1. Reserve Your Session
Review all pricing and session information. Choose your ideal session. A $25 non refundable retainer is due at booking to hold your session date & time. If you are booking a newborn session, the retainer will add your due date to my calendar (we will choose the exact date/time for your session once baby arrives). Retainers must be paid within 24 hours or you may lose your desired session date/time.
2. Session Contract & Questionnaires
A few days prior to your session you will receive a reminder email that goes over all of the details for your session. A link to your session contract is included and MUST be filled out prior to your session. If you have booked a newborn session, there will also be a questionnaire that will need to be filled out prior to your session. The invoice for your balance due will also be emailed at this time.
3. Photo Session
Photo sessions last approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours depending upon which session type you have chosen. Please make sure you have reviewed all session details and prep packets (newborn session) before arrival. You may want to bring along snacks, extra bottles, and/or favorite toys to make your little ones more comfortable.
4. Gallery Delivery
Turn around time for most sessions is 7-10 days. Turn around times may be delayed during busier times of the year (you will be notified of any delays). Each session will receive the high resolution digital images in both color and black and white with a print release. These are delivered via online gallery. The option to purchase professional prints a la cart is available through your gallery.

STUDIO SESSION | $185
1 hour of session time, up to 3 outfit/backdrop options, sibling and family poses and all of the high res. digital images.
STUDIO MINI SESSION | $125
30 minute session, 1 outfit/backdrop, 10-15 high res. images.

Cake Smash Sessions
CAKE SMASH SESSION | $250
1 hour of session time, up to 3 regular outfit/backdrop options, additional outfit/backdrop option for the cake smash, and all of the high res. digital images. Clients provide the cake.

Session includes: 1 hour session at a Giggle Monster Photos approved* location. Please read all details on booking site. Extra fees may apply for travel.

FAQ
Do you shoot in a studio or outdoors?
Both! Studio sessions take place in my Dover, OH studio. Outdoor sessions are available throughout the year at GMP's preferred outdoor locations - Norma Johnson Center, Zoar Gardens, Warther's Museum, the Forest. Other outdoor locations may be suggested by the client, but may be subject to a $100 travel fee.
What is your rescheduling policy?
Sessions may be rescheduled 1 time by the client at no additional charge. If you need to reschedule your session a second time, an additional retainer will be required to hold your new date/time.
Can I bring along special items from home?
Absolutely! We will do our best to incorporate all of your special items into your session.
Do I have to order prints through you?
No! A print release is included with each session. However, you do have the option to purchase professional prints through your online gallery. I can only guarantee color and quality accuracy on prints purchased through your gallery.
